Not for blowouts, silk press, color, keratin, or relaxer services — you can book those directly. However, all extension services require a consultation first. The consultation fee is $60 and is not credited toward your service.
Tiara's calendar books out weeks in advance, so booking early is the best way to secure your preferred date and time. If nothing's available, you can join the waitlist through Square and get notified when a slot opens.
Most services require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule — a 50% non-refundable fee applies for late cancellations and no-shows. Extension services require 7 days' notice due to the prep and planning involved.
