Absolutely. Tiara serves all hair textures and types including natural, relaxed, color-treated, and extension clients.

A blowout uses a round brush to style while blow drying — universal for all hair types, 45 minutes. A silk press is specifically for natural hair — includes steam treatment and flat iron work for a smooth, sleek finish. Natural hair wanting to be straight should book a silk press.

Tiara naturally provides personalized hair care guidance during every appointment. A dedicated hair care regimen service is coming soon.

I-Tips are individual strands installed one by one with a copper bead — 360-degree movement, most natural result. Wefts are rows of hair sewn in — 180-degree movement, more density, closer to the part. Best choice depends on your goals. Book a consultation for a personalized recommendation.

For extension services, Tiara only installs hair that she has provided or personally installed previously. This ensures quality, consistency, and the best possible results.

Tiara will only re-install hair that she originally provided or installed. Hair from other stylists or outside sources will not be reused.

K-Tips are not offered as a standalone service. Tiara uses this method selectively for precision work during complex installs. Book a consultation to discuss your extension options.

Yes — however, a liability waiver must be signed before the service. Since the work was not originally installed by Tiara, she cannot be held responsible for any issues during removal.

General services: Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours — 50% of service cost is non-refundable. Extension services: No cancellations or reschedules within 7 days of appointment. 50% of service cost is non-refundable. Tiara pre-books clients far in advance — please honor that commitment.

Gift cards are not to be used as prepayment for specific services or as extension service deposits.

Same-day add-ons are limited to K18 Treatment ($35) and Olaplex Treatment only. All other add-ons requiring more than 15 minutes must be booked in advance.
